- Remove & Install From Only £104.99 [Removal of the car kit fee of £25 is payable when booking the installation date]
- Discounted prices on extras such as Damage free brackets and Stereo mute leads etc
- Damage free bracket only £15.99 [with installation only]
Installation extra accessories are payable to the installation company when booking the installation date not through the fonejunkie.com website [such as Mute leads, damage free, etc]
Equipment The term ‘Damage Free Bracket’ relates to the mounting of a mobile phone holder to the dashboard of a vehicle. It Does not mean a completely damage free installation. When a separate loudspeaker is fitted to a vehicle, small drill holes are made to secure the bracket to a panel, usually out of sight, in the passenger foot well. Every effort is made to make the holes as inconspicuous as possible
.Delivery & Install a ) The vehicle, parts and mobile phone must be accessible and present at the agreed time of the install. The engineer will wait for a minimum of 20 minutes if any of the parts are not available after this time, then job will be deemed as cancelled and subject to a cancellation charge. [£50 plus vat] b) A minimum of 5 working days notice is required prior to the install date; the ability to full fill the requested date is dependant upon the availability of the engineer and parts required. c) The booking time advised has a window of 2 hours, which is the arrival time for the engineer. Please allow additional time for the install to be completed d) We do not quote times for installations as each car is different, but as a guide you can expect a car kit install to take up to 1.5 hours.
Pre & Post Checks If the work to be carried out relates to a hands -free car kit, then your mobile phone must be made available at the start of the job. This ensures that the car kit supplied is the correct one for the handset and allows The technician to perform a thorough performance and functionality test. Without the handset we cannot guarantee the kit will be fully operational when you come to use it and cannot be held responsible for a subsequent call out
Location a) In the event of wet weather conditions, the technician will require a covered area to work under. This is to protect the upholstery and the electrics of your vehicle, and the components we are installing from water damage. This area should be spacious enough to allow both front doors to open. b) For Health && Safety reasons and for the protection of your vehicle, work cannot be carried out on busy main roads and dual carriageways. Please contact us if you are unsure of these conditions or need to make alternative arrangements. .
Warranties a) Parts are covered by a 12-month manufacturers warranty, this does not include, misuse, wear and tear, modification (unless carried out by the installation engineer), and unintentional user damage. b) At the time of install should any of the information about the vehicle differ from that on the order confirmation and consequently prevents the install to be completed, this may result in additional service call costs.
Pricing a) If prices are quoted on this Order Confirmation, they may be subject to change if any additional parts or labour are required. All additional parts will be payable direct to the installation company at the agreed discounted rates
Cancellation a) Please be advised that a cancellation fee of £50.00 will be charged if access to the vehicle is not possible for reasons beyond our control, and less than 1 working day notice is received, cover is not available in poor weather conditions,
b) We reserve the right to cancel an installation up to 8 hours prior to the agreed time. This will only happen where the circumstances are out of our control and cannot be rectified in time of the install. c) Please note our hours of business are 10.0-16.30 Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, please note that cancellations must be communicated during business hours
fonejunkie.com ltd is not liable for any costs relating to the installation, use or removal , Bury car kits come with a 12 month warranty on all Bury parts, If a service call is required and upon appointment, then a call out fee (£50 + VAT) would be charged, and possible parts may need to be purchased to resolve the fault. Moving of parts for any other reason than installation error is not covered under the warranty. The following are not covered under warranty: user error, misuse, damage, faulty/change of handset, kit moved to different car, wear & tear, adjustment by anyone other than the installer, software updates, or anything otherwise deemed outside of the manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of a service call we may need to send new parts direct to you for replacement. Once the service call has been completed we require you to send back any faulty/unused parts within 7 days of completion. These need to be sent back via insured post to the address below. We are not liable for the parts in transit. Any parts not returned within 7 days are charged to the payment method we have for your order
